Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if your "Ship To" address is located in the same state as our warehouse, New Jersey. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
  We currently accept payment by all Major Credit Cards, Pay with Amazon or Paypal.

Pay with Amazon - An express checkout which uses your existing amazon payment settings and addresses.

Instructions: Click the yellow "Pay with Amazon" button from your shopping cart. Confirm your address, shipping method and payment. Click "place order"

Major Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards. Please note: PayPal is our vendor to processes Credit Card payments. A PayPal account is not needed to make payment with a credit card.

Instructions: Complete shipping address and press "Place Order" . New screen opens, click "Continue" and you will be direct to PayPal to input your payment information. You can sign into your PayPal account for payment. Or below the sign in is the area to input your credit card information.

Paypal Account- Use your existing paypal account to make payment.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
